1, automation function

Automatic start and auto load

The unit is automatically started by the start command of self-control or remote control, and the startup success rate is greater than 99%. One start cycle includes three starts, and the interval between two starts is 10-15 seconds;

After the unit starts successfully, it should be able to load automatically when the oil pressure reaches the specified value. The loading time is usually 10 seconds.

After the unit fails to start three times, it will not start any more, and will issue a start failure alarm signal. If there is a spare unit, it should be able to transmit the start command to the standby unit.

Automatic uninstallation shutdown

After the unit receives the automatic control or remote control stop command, it can automatically unload the shutdown. The shutdown mode includes normal shutdown and emergency shutdown. Normal shutdown procedure: After the main circuit is cut off (disconnect the air switch or switch the ATS to the mains side); emergency stop procedure: immediately cut off the main circuit and fuel oil circuit.

The automatic protection unit has low oil pressure, over voltage, over speed, overload, short circuit and phase loss protection. The water cooling unit has high water temperature protection function, and the air cooling unit has high cylinder temperature protection function.

2, remote monitoring function

It meets the technical requirements of remote monitoring, and has telemetry, remote signaling and remote control functions. It can monitor the operating parameters and operating status of the unit remotely in real time. When the unit has abnormal conditions or serious faults, it can automatically alarm to the monitoring center and realize remote control unit. . Can provide standard communication protocols.

3, string, parallel function

Serial machine backup function: It can cooperate with ATS to realize the automatic switching function of mains and diesel generator sets or the dual standby switching function between two diesel generator sets.

Parallel expansion function: Two or more three-phase units of the same specification and type, under the rated power factor, meet the stable parallel operation within the (20-100)% rated power range. In order to improve the reasonable distribution accuracy and operational stability of active power and reactive power, the diesel governor of the unit is required to have a steady-state adjustment rate within the range of (2-5)%. The voltage regulator in the control box (screen) allows the steady-state voltage regulation to be adjusted within 5%.

4, working conditions

The altitude can be operated below 3000 meters;

The lower ambient temperature is -15C° and the upper limit is 40C°. Other environmental units can be used.

5, stable performance, strong reliability

The average fault interval of the unit is not less than 2000 hours.

6. Convenient fueling facilities and protective measures

The unit is equipped with an external refueling system and is equipped with a lock function;

A large fuel tank is usually required to operate for 12-24 hours.
