First, pre-sales service

Professional engineers provide users with pre-sales technical consultation and planning support guidance, such as unit selection, matching, computer room design, etc., to answer the difficult problems encountered by users in the process of use and provide relevant technical guidance;

Second, the sale of services

Immediately after receiving the user's notice, our company will send professional technicians to the installation site to know the installation and commissioning of the unit, and cooperate with the user to do the acceptance work;

Third, after sales service

1. Provide free computer room design and power distribution design;

2. Free installation and commissioning;

3. Provide technical training and consultation for the user's operation and maintenance personnel free of charge;

4. Guide maintenance and maintenance;

5. Establish customer files, track services, regular inspections, and lifetime maintenance for end users;

6. The company provides pure spare parts all the year round, and the maintenance engineer can provide technical assistance at any time.

Remarks:

1. Warranty period: one year or a cumulative operation of 1000 hours (whichever comes first), such as component damage caused by factory assembly neglect or improper design and raw materials selection, etc. The supplier is responsible for the warranty;

2, diesel generator sets wearing parts, daily use of accessories, due to human error, negligent maintenance, etc., are not covered by this warranty. All parts and components other than the warranty period are provided at the cost price, and the service personnel can reach the customer site or repair the unit at the factory factory until it can be used normally.
